You access the platform entirely at your own risk and legal liability.
2.4 psg888 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. If we determine that a registered player is located in a restricted jurisdiction, the account will be closed and deposits returned.
3.1 To use real-money services on psg888, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
3.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one psg888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. psg888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any third party. psg888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.5 psg888 implements KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of its commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Required documents typically include government-issued photo ID and proof of address (not older than three months).
4.1 psg888 accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PB enterprise, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated on the relevant deposit page.
4.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM MYT on a business day will generally be processed within the same day for standard accounts. Platinum VIP accounts receive priority processing.
4.3 psg888 reserves the right to impose withdrawal verification checks as part of its AML compliance programme. Verification may include requesting source of funds documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. These checks are non-discriminatory and applied consistently.
4.4 Unused balances comprising solely of deposited real-money funds (not subject to active wagering requirements) may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5.
5.1 psg888 offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering on certain game categories (including, but not limited to, live dealer roulette, baccarat, and blackjack) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements as specified per promotion.
5.3 psg888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by Applicable Laws. Only one promotional offer may be active on an account at a time unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors to claim promotional credit — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7. psg888 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on psg888 are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be amended or cancelled by the player except where expressly provided in a specific game's or market's rules (e.g., cash-out functionality on live sportsbook markets where available).
6.2 psg888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error has occurred in the pricing or line setting. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated from a palpably incorrect price will not be honoured.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the decision of psg888's trading or gaming operations team shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.
6.4 The maximum payout on a single bet or game round is RM 500,000 unless a higher limit is expressly communicated to the player in writing. Combined winnings from a single session are subject to review before processing if they approach or exceed this threshold.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on psg888 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the psg888 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, text, images, and data compilations — is the property of psg888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the psg888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any psg888 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, psg888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 psg888's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 psg888 is not liable for any interruption to the platform caused by technical failures, server downtime, third-party provider outages, cyber attacks, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where possible.
9.4 Gambling involves financial risk. Losses incurred through normal gameplay on psg888 are not the responsibility of the platform. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling expenditure. psg888 encourages the use of responsible gaming tools available within every account dashboard.

10.4 Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account registered in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and the balance returned to the last verified payment method on record.

11.1 You may close your psg888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.
11.2 psg888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account with immediate effect where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the account is subject to a fraud or AML investigation; (c) continued operation of the account would expose psg888 or the player to unacceptable risk; or (d) required by Applicable Laws or a competent authority.
11.3 In the event of account closure initiated by psg888 for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned in full.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which psg888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body designated under psg888's gaming licence.
12.2 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13.1 psg888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the psg888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
